    Customer information

    VPand.co uses information supplied when contacting us, signing up or placing requests—including name, email, WhatsApp contact and order details—to manage customer relationships, respond to enquiries and arrange services.     Facebook and Instagram advertising

    Our Meta Pixel measures visits to selected public pages for advertising measurement and optimization. Meta may receive the page URL, browser/device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, order details, payments or voucher codes through this installation. Private pages, financial services and identifier-bearing links are excluded.

    In regions requiring consent, advertising tracking remains off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we ask first. Elsewhere it can run unless you reject or your browser signals an applicable opt-out. Rejecting does not prevent you from using our services. Browser ad blockers may also prevent tracking.

    Your advertising choice is stored on this browser with a random visitor reference, time, region and notice version. Acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. This choice does not authorize sharing CRM contacts or customer matching data. Other browsers and devices have separate choices.

    You can withdraw or change your decision using Cookie settings below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops further Pixel reporting; it does not erase information Meta already received. See Meta’s privacy policy for its processing and controls.
